NOTICE REGARDING FILING OF DOCUMENTS WITH CITY TOWN CLERK

DUE TO THE STATE OF EMERGENCY EXPERIENCED BY THE CITY OF NEW HAVEN, THE FOLLOWING ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE FOR THE FILING OF NECESSARY DOCUMENTS OR TRADE NAME CERTIFICATES WITH THE CITY TOWN CLERK:

DEPOSIT YOUR DOCUMENT(S) IN THE LOCKED BOX LOCATED INSIDE THE FRONT DOOR OF 200 ORANGE STREET, ON THE FIRST FLOOR, BEFORE 5:00 P.M.

YOUR DOCUMENT WILL BE TIME-STAMPED AS HAVING BEEN RECEIVED ON THAT DAY, AS LONG AS IT IS IN THE BOX BEFORE 5:00 P.M.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE A TIME-STAMPED COPY OF ANY DOCUMENT, PLEASE DEPOSIT AN ADDITIONAL COPY OF EACH DOCUMENT WITH A STAMPED, SELF-ADDRESSED ENVELOPE AND A TIME-STAMPED COPY WILL BE MAILED TO YOU BY REGULAR MAIL.
